This is all she wanted, besides her usual spending money. She found a store at Volusia Mall in Daytona Beach Fl. She was so excited because they were having a "special"...a bracelet and charms for $50. I thought that was more than reasonable, so my usband and I bought her one, except they didn't have the right size braclet to fit her arm. We left our name and phone numbers, just as they had suggested and said "we'll call you..." Several weeks went by and no braclet... her Birthday came and went...still no bracelet. She went in and no, they didn't have any... they took her name and said "we'll call you." She just went back last night and no bracelets her size were on display, however, someone found one behind the counter... She brought it home and the connecting ends fell apart at the clasp. I have many things that keep me inside the house, which is why i let her go to Artsie Abode alone. Today i am VERY dissatissfied with the way in which they handled this situation, and I'm going in to the store. I have checked your website, and others, representing your company and there are many charms she would like...but first, I need a bracelet.
