The band has become unsewn and broken. It was understanding at time of purchase that these watches had a lifetime guarantee. Please give me the information needed to take care of this matter. I enjoyed the watch and miss wearing it very much. I have other jewelry pieces that I have had no problems with. Thank you for your help.
