dy Hunter (The lady who posted the complaint on this site in regards to her broken jewelry) doesn't have and couldn't buy a clue if her life depended on it. Is this lady really that dim that she doesn't know this site is a Brighton Jewelry fan site?

This reminds me of when the local TV guide was always printed by the newspaper. It had a weeks worth of listings and was once very valuable to the TV viewer. Now most cable companies and satellite providers have onscreen menus so the TV guide has become a thing of the past. But back then people would actually write to the local newspaper's TV Guide section and chastise them for a TV program being racy, moved, changed, or taken off the air. Like the local TV Guide people had anything to do with the network's decisions. It just showed complete and total ignorance and it floors me.

I'm sure Ms. Hunter also blames her local neighborhood pharmacy every time her insurance company won't pay for her new medicine. I'm sure she's very quick to jump all over them because she thinks it's their fault. Just as I'm sure she blames Wal-Mart when a product is discontinued, instead consulting directly with the manufacturer of the product.

I'm sure this comment will be deleted, but if there's one thing that bugs me in this life it's how quick people are to complain without having all of the right info (Even though I'm complaining right now). So often people do this before getting all their facts straight. I'm tolerant of many things in this life, but I'm not tolerant of, and have zero patience with, people who display complete and total ignorance.

Sandy ... Next time try using what you were born with. Use your brain and think before you speak.

I've been purchasing Brighton Jewelry for 6 years, after visiting a friend in Hilton Head & being introduced to your product in a quaint shop on the island. Have purchased many items since, purses, necklaces, bracelets, watches, as well as some sets.
This year, being from Canton, Oh., I purchased a pair of earrings that you can purchase charms for. As I already had the large & oval hoops, I wanted the smaller hoops, so ended up getting them from "Lucky Shoes", a shop in our neighborhood. After having worn them a few times in a 6 week period, I was taking them off & they broke. Therefore, as they were only 6 weeks old, I took them back & "Lucky Shoes" returned them for me for repair & I received them back in 8 weeks.
The reason for my note is that I also have the oval hoop earrings you can also add the charms to, & just this week they have broken. As much as I love your product, I find it hard to believe the quality isn't as it was in the very beginning. I never had this problem when in prior years & I've praised your items to so many of my friends & now they are also fans of Brighton items.
I just wanted you to be aware of my discontent at present, as I am going to take my 2nd pair of "oval hoops" back to "Lucky Shoes" so they can send them back for repair & I'll have to wait, I'm sure, another 6-8 weeks before my repaired product is wearable.

Thank you for listening. Sandy Hunter
